Can I have my order gift wrapped?
To get your order gift wrapped please specify the occasion on the notes at checkout. We can use generic giftwrap or specialized to the holiday. We do not charge for gift wrapping currently.
Do you sell gift cards?
No we do not, it is a feature we would like to implement in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wix Payments allows you to accept payments using all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna Online Bank Transfer.
What are your shipping options?
We currently have 3 shipping options.

Sticker shipping option for $2

First Class Shipping through USPS is typically $5 - $8

Priority Shipping for $13

When will my order arrive?
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.

Our fulfillment time is between 1-2 weeks for NON-PREORDER items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
USA
USPS First Class: approximately 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: approximately 3-5 business days

International
USPS First Class International: approximately 3-5 weeks
USPS Priority Mail International: approximately 2-3 weeks

What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?
Please contact as soon as possible at artcollabexp@gmail.com with an email titled: Artist Collaboration Experience (ORDER NUMBER)
Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation and your order has been shipped, we may not be able to intercept the package. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you may be responsible for any carrier fees for a change of address.
Where are you located?
We are located in Los Angeles, California.
How long does it take to process an order?
If ordered before 3 PM during a weekday we will ship out same day. If ordered after 3 PM or on a weekend we will ship out the next business day.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
Of course! If your first order has not shipped yet, simply place a second order and contact us with both order numbers so we can combine them.
